Hassle free refund.
I bought a pair of summer sandals a few weeks ago, unfortunately the strap broke after a few times of wearing. I contacted Dorothy Perkins customer service, not really expecting much help. Wow! How wrong was I? After sending a few photos of problem, and them constantly updating me, I had a refund (no replacement in stock) by the end of the afternoon. Impressive! Thank you DP!

Dorothy perkins are back to their crooked ways. I truly despair. Placed an order quk102482913 and returned ENTIRE ORDER BUT THESE CROOKS HAVE YET AGAIN SCAMMED ME AND EMAILED ME CONFIRMATION OF ONLY 3/5 ITEMS. WHAT OS GOING ON WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS??? I AM SO SICK OF DEALING WITH THEM

I often order from Dorothy Perkins and I’m always impressed with their customer service. Particularly today, after having delivery of a faulty dress. The matter was dealt with very promptly, with a very satisfactory outcome. Thank you so much to Chloe and Adrianpaul. I will definitely be recommending!

Quality & customer service is excellent
Love the collection they have for petite as it gets really difficult to find good options in petite else where and to top it all their customer service team is just amazing. My recent experience of wrong amount being credited for my return, was handled so professionally & swiftly by their customer service team (specially Kim) that I am definitely their long term customer now. Would highly recommend this brand for good quality & customer service both.

Appaling after sales service
I ordered 4 items of clothing and returned all items. They refunded me for 1 item and 3 items are still pending a refund. I have emailed 3 times and still waiting for a reply to confirm they hv received my return. They still owe me over £50. No option to call them or Internet chat, it's purely email based. I am really disgusted with the customer service or lack of it. I wont be purchasing from them again!

I recently placed an order from Australia. I was not sent a confirmation email with an order number although the payment was taken out of my bank account immediately (15/7/22). I contacted customer service who quickly responded to me which was reassuring however, 3 different service people repeatedly asked for different details of my order (verification of email x3, country ordered from, denomination of payment, my address, details of the order) all of which had been given in my initial email to them. Finally an email requesting the first & last 4 numbers on my debit card, which I would not give. Since then I have heard nothing. What to do? Is this a scam? I am very concerned & not at all happy. Surely since I have supplied the details of what I ordered, when I ordered it, my address & email, the currency that I paid with, the order should be able to be found. Dorothy Perkins has my money ?

If I could give no stars I would!!! Chasing a refund for some shoes which were my normal size 6 but I couldn't get my foot in. Returned them on 1st July and on tracking I could see they received them back on 4th July. I emailed customer services to ask why I had not even had the email to say my return was being processed? I was asked to give it until 16th July as my refund should be done by then. Today is 16th July at 6.30pm and I still haven't had an email or a refund. Emailed again now. They have my money for something they have in their possesssion. I suppose covid will be blsmed for their rubbish service.
Shortly after writing this Theresa emailed back to say the refund had been processed and I have now received an email stating this. The refund will be in my bank in the next few days I'm told. Thank you Theresa.
DP has really gone down hill
DP has really gone down hill. Returned several items that didn't get refunded neither did it show up on my account as returned although I received a receipt for them. Next day delivery doesn't get delivered the next day.
Poor quality and customer service
I used to buy at DP and was quite happy with quality and fit. Recently I have ordered a pair of shoes which broke after 2 days of wearing them...I tried to reach the customer service but I still waiting for the reply. I am very disappointed and will never order from DP again as quality is awful.

Customer service excellent. I received a faulty order. It was rectified immediately and I was sent out a new order that same day. Customer service agent could not have been more helpful.
